Description: On June, 22nd, 1903 in Irkutsk the base of a monument has been incorporated, and solemn opening took place on August, 30th 1908g. The decision to reconstruct a monument to recreate its original form belongs to collective Vostochno-Sibirskoj of the-Siberian railway. The project of reconstruction of a monument is carried out by institute "Gildorproekt".
