Description: On the average current the river Lena becomes the deep river, but especially she increases in sizes after a confluence of the river Olyokma. The width of a channel reaches 2 km, valleys - 30 km, is present extensive ïîéìà with set of small lakes. Below a mouth of the river Olyokma (up to Pokrovsk) a valley of the river narrow with the steep, strongly dismembered calcareous slopes representing separate rocks, frequently the freakish form - so-called Lenskie columns. |
