For a long period of time the Russian aircraft industry does not
produce Tight multipurpose aircraft of the so-called commercial
class. To fill this niche in the Russian aircraft market, the design
bureau named after Yakovlev has developed a single-engine
four-sealer airplane, type YAK-112.
Manufacture of this airplane at the Irkutsk Aircraft Production
Association, notable for its high technical level, makes if
possible to ensure the highest quality and reliabilify of the
airplane. Despite a certain commercial risk, the YAK-112 is
being manufactured in parallel with the manufacture of the
SU-27 aircraft in order to meet the requirements for aircraft of
fhis class.
The main purpose of the YAK-112 is to transport passengers,
small cargoes and mail. The YAK-112 has no rivals in its
applications as a liaison and business transport means in the
industry, commerce and agriculture.
Relatively low price and low operating costs combined with the
wide range of application make the use of the YAK-112
airplane profitable in any sphere of activity.
